  • Design and developed PCBA Functional Test Fixture with mechanical , electrical and electronics integration for different test condition.
  • FCT system includes stepper motor ,servo motor, different types of sensors which will test all components as per manufacturer commitments.

PCBA FCT Test Fixture

  • Design and developed electrical vehicle PCBA FCT system with desktop application interfacing and PASS / Fail indication with .Csv file generation for future analysis.
  • Integration of high voltage and current sensing , integration with serial communication and other protocol testing in PCBA.

Special Purpose Machine Development.

  • Design and developed Glass bottle Stacking machine with servo ,stepper Pneumatic and PLC base mechatronic integration .
  • Developed Ideation and Implemented it with industrial safety norms considerations.
  • This system can stack bottles with different Size ,Weight , Height and Lots of other variations in same unit.
  • This SPM Can stack 3900 bottles within 9 minutes to match the cycle time of all other systems.
